I saw a mens and womens pair of three speeds once, pretty much a free spirit bike with TED's signature on them, I was told he had a deal with Sears and they put his signature on everything sports related they had for a time ... maybe even kitchen appliances :| ... the ones I know of almost have a red/white/blue bicentennial look to them.

the ones i've seen look like this

those were pretty good bikes. I think they were made out of reynolds tubing and came with campagnolo components. I know for sure about the campagnolo components because i used to own one.

They used the Williams name indiscriminately for several years on bikes. Basically no different than "free spirit" later on. Most were made by Murray, as usual for Sears. Some were imported.

You have to cook the silly cat before you eat it.
I tried being serious, but it was boring.
