After 3 hours of work, frame is finally painted my favorite black color which is... black :lol:


First, a coat of primer,..

then the blackiest black i could find,...

lugs are unmasked,...

then clear, again...and again...

Seat has been drilled then painted with a flexible paint the same burgundy as the wheel's spokes

And that Ron Burgundy seat is classy. (but it does open it up some mustache ride jokes)

Wheels are ok, tires are clean and shiny, I'm happy. :D Just have to change those blue caps...

Old (right) and new (left) polished seat post.

Seat is also finished with its polished frame. Will certainly give some patina to the seat because it's really too shiny.

And couldn't resist to take a pic to see if it look like what I dreamed....but some work has to be done to the frame before final assembly.
