Picked up a few 20”s today.
Blue one is a Golden Lion, couldn’t locate the model online though. Cool muscle bike with a 3 speed.

Red one on the left is a Schwinn, I have no idea what one in the middle is. Has clean welds with pressed/crimped in dropouts.

Looks like a Murray built such as Murrey, Huffy, Sears, Western Flyer, etc.

Here’s a sneak peek at the huge haul of frames, wheels, bikes and parts I just got.

Teaser - That pink frame might or might not be a Ibis Trials Comp bike with a homemade bash guard.

Post a pic of the rear brake cable stop on the suspected Ibis. I know a little bit about them, as Chuck was a regular attendee at FFTF.

I’ll try and get one posted later today.
In the meantime, here’s a couple completes I got.
80’s-90’s Sentinel w/faded gold bits.

80’s killer Schwinn. I don’t build with springers, nor do I particularly like them, but I like this one and it might be a keeper.

And this Campy, it’s complete but in pieces spread out thru a few crates. Dura Ace group set. “Wilson” was the name of the original owner, that was his race bike.

Also do you happen to know what type of forks these are?

Here some more pics off that haul of bike parts.
Lots of new tire sets, wheel sets, new frames, bucket full of new springers, tons of campy, dura ace and cinelli road bike parts. Way too much to list, time to set up a spot at the swap meet.

Ibis, definitely and it looks to be a full custom frameset fabbed at Ibis. The detail I was looking for is the "Hand Job" cable housing stop for cantilever brakes.
handjob.jpg

What you have appears to be something custom ordered and is early vintage, pre-handjob so late 80's to early 90's would be my best guess. If you can find a way to contact either Scot Nicol or John Castellano, they would devinitely remember that frameset and get a kick out of it still being alive and in the hands of a true bicycle person.

I plan on rebuilding the cannondale, luckily I have all the pieces minus a couple shifter cables. But you got me thinking, what exactly is boost spacing?
The current mountain bike hub "standard". Extra wide, so you have to buy new everything. Or Gnot
