Like the bars and the 2d flames (think 3d takes away from the lines of the tank). Not sure about that seat. Could be tricky to get the position you want and keep those nice flowing lines. Maybe a long layback post?

I'm planning a chopped fender in the back, and another add on which will help take up some of the space between the seat and the tire. Just for reference...
Yeah, the Troxel does look a bit chunky. I like the swoop of the Huffy saddle, just don'tJust my two cents, but one of these bananas would follow the lines nicely, and get you slammed low over the wheel. Huffy, I believe, and I see them on ebay fairly often. The early bmx-style seat doesn't work with the elegant lines you have going, in my humblest of opinions.
The Huffy does have a nice flow to it. And the Troxel does look a bit chunky. I just don't want it to have too much of a 'muscle bike' vibe....or be too similar to my Selby Flyer Woody from MBBO last Fall...

Shakesbeer, I had thought of pulling the foam out from the Troxel. It is pretty crunchy. Probably just go with a 1/2" thick closed cell pad, got an old one I used for sleeping bag. That would slam that seat height down for sure!

Well there's no wood and it's not a cantilever so I think you're safe. I'm not a fan of the loaf seat on your bike either, but it is a seat desirable for a different build, so I'd stash it. The cafe racer seat is a great idea, but the awesome tank style doesn't match that either. Bent post fat springer fits the style, but that curved huffy banana might just work.Sorry @furyus , for some reason my 'reply' function is not working on the RRB site. Thanks Carl. Yeah, thinking MBBO for the loaf seat. Probably go fat springer for the One-Liner, got one in the parts bin, needs a new "old" cover.....

Just kidding, I didn't like it either. I am giving a springer saddle I have in stock a shot at it. It came on my Shelby Flyer when I purchased it last Fall. Needs a ratty cover, so I pulled the red one and the 'gel drawstring cover' someone had put under it at some point in time. Here she is...
Troxel seat again. They must have made every seat imaginable back in the day. Here she is stripped, then I cut up part of my old camping pad again, 3M 77 Super Adhesive on both pad and metal shell, clamped to form.
....and that's not all! I had purchased the moto muffler shield and it arrived on Friday. Pretty cheap part for it's cool factor. I sanded it down to take the chrome finish off for the rust-ification process.
Took the original front fender of the 'liner and flipped it in reverse and used it in the rear. Cut off the back tip, trimmed the edges to meld into the shield, grabbed my favorite Goop and glued together. Let sit for a couple hours.
Then I took it out to the back porch of the BACK40 with my trusty can of Rust-Oleum textured paint, and proceeded with the Rat-isfaction....
Then after drilling one new hole for the bottom contact point on the frame, mounted it up. 'Picture Rock' outside the back door of BACK40 is the setting....
One unfortunate thing is, while wheeling it out for the pics, I noticed the bars are bent pretty bad.
So I'm on the look out for some long back sweep cruiser bars if anybody has a lead....

Looks great man! RustTastic At its finest . Like the ghost flames . I wasn't a fan of the loafer seat either. Probably comfortable but just not the right look . Why do you thing girls where hi-heals , not for comfort [emoji6]

Another garage sale purse, $1 for real white leather, becomes the cover for the One-Liner fat sprung saddle. Waiting for the glue to dry......a sunny, but cool 40 degrees this morning in Maplewood....
I'll have to rat-ina the cover to make it fit the build. Probably use a 100% acrylic paint rubbed in for a weathered look like I did with the brand new black seat on Shelby Flyer Woody.

G, some summer when it's too hot in FL you should pack up the wife, a couple of bikes, and pull the trailer up here. Beautiful in June and most of July.....great trails throughout the Twin Cities, pubs, cafes...
Catching up on your build. I am SOOOOO glad you pinched the Loaf.
Cool flames on that fender extension, but something is bugging me about how straight it is from the side view.
