The decision to switch frames was completely because of a lack of motivation. It has nothing to do with the stripped out and seized quill type seat post that somehow got jammed in the seat tube. Nope, nothing at all

I was going for the vane effect of this wheel. Prolly shoulda put the "holes" tighter together

Idk, maybe it'll look better after the paint dries and I add the brushed metal effect to the center. It looked better when I was planning this out earlier today in my head

Finally started painting the wheels. I promise there's a method to the madness of using color coding stickers. I also made a jig to ensure they're all perfectly aligned

I really like the look with the baskets. If you do stretch it out, maybe you could find some saddle bags for it instead. Or make it look like the ...... newspaper delivery boy's bike

Man, if you stand still for more than a few minutes this year you'll likely get kicked down to page two slacker status! But that makes things fun

It worked great on my bike at least. It works even better on rattle can spray paint and latex based paints

One thing I would suggest is to coat the bare steel in oil until you're ready to clear coat the whole frame
