now that frame would look great attached to a trike rear end.....

it says 700x32C on the tires.... the bike originally came with 26" wheels so i was quite surprised the 700 fit. thanks for the tip on the seat!

just realised that i deleted my previous picture of my skinny cruiser.. so here she is... again :oops: i think she needs a nicer seat to complete it though....

bicycledesigner.com sells those multi-spoked wheels... but you'd prolly have to paint or powder-coat them..

from this... 26" wheels and tires... to this... 24X3" fat tires now this.... cant seem to find a nice handlebar to bolt on though... 700 wheels/tires, SA 8speed drum brakes.... front drums too. primered not painted

phew... i thot i'd lost this post... thanks for the input guys... so its safe to say that its a styling thing first, then a benefit thing eh? so the cantilever part of the frame is the two tubes that run up from the rear wheel (seat stays?), joined at the top of the seat post area then down the...

anyone know why cantilever frames are called cantilever frames? i can see where a diamond frame gets its name from but cantilever? also, is it just a style or there really benefits to be had from a cantilever frame? sorry if this is really a stoopid Q... but i had to ask. thanks in advance guys.
