    UK newbie

I love the fact that it's a girl's bike, but despite the color it's made like a boys. Love the springer fork.

I bought this as just a frame, it's been painted (yuck) and I think it's been outside for years, so I'll have to figurre out how to replace/fix everything. This pic shows the 26" wheels, I just put them on to see if they would fit. I had to dremel off the rear fender bar, but I think it will...

Picked up a gary fisher mountain bike today for $40, it's a little rough but rideable. I know that doesn't pertain to rat rods but it allows me to get out and ride while I worker on my schwinn corvette clunker.r

I wasn't sure if just the bikes were freaky or the people were too. You know a girl has to know these things in order to dress appropriately.

Well the hacksaw was unsuccessful, I think it was meant more for tree trimming. But, I used a girl's favorite power tool and yesssssss, it worked. Finally something moving in the right direction.

Oh, I thought it was just for attaching the fender. I'm pretty light though, you don't think I could get away with it? I had this all planned out in my mind before I started and so far nothing is going to plan.

I promise to dress in a fashion that would not take the emphasis off of the importance of bikes ;)
