Having a issue with the size of my head tube. Is it a 1 1/8 ?? I'm trying to put these triple trees on but the tube is way to small

Question.... I have the genesis astra the multi speed version of the onyx and I have purchased some fito trip tree forks but the seem way to small for the head tube 1 1/8 is what I orderd but its to small ... am I missing??
