    Easy 1" threaded to 1 1/8" fork mod

    You could try using headset spacers under the fork bearing crown or even some tube with 1 1/8 internal diameter. There's also the option of running a second thread less stem under the headtube to use as a springer mount.

    Been a big day did most the sanding last night and finished off this morning. Got straight into painting the frames. Have a lot of other festival preparations so spent a while doing that.     Got all the black bit sanded and painted today. Some of the bits must have been chrome plated once apon a time and someone just sprayed over it with white paint. Went to work with the 80grit sandpaper but still a bit rough. The old fork has a ton of rust so the paint probably won't hold up...
