20" AMF Debutante that my son picked up. I think it has potential but may need some help from you folks. I know that wheels are shot and need to be replaced. The fenders are in great shape and would look great with a fatty wheel and tire of some kind. Any recommendations?

I need to find a paint code or equiv for my early 50's Murray. Does anyone have any ideas how I can match the paint for a new fender that I want to install? I really don't want to end up painting the whole bike with a new color/paint. Thanks!
