Hey guys, long time since I finish a bike so here it goes. 6 days till Spring starts in this neck of the woods and I need a "new" bike to cruise.
Really liked this years RRBBO 9 "Hombre" (http://www.ratrodbikes.com/forum/index.php?threads/sex-change-for-the-evans-colson-hombre-done-estodo.84190/) and this is a tribute to it (really liked it and wanted it for my self, with some twists) let me know what you think!

Chain guard is made of Fiberglass and been "Rusted" using an old toothbrush and three shades of orange...

Great lines and attitude on this build! Been awhile since you posted up a build, but I always like your style and skills!
BRAVO!

It's always such an honor to receive good words from you guys, so I'm very thankful for them.
Between work and my baby girl is very difficult to find the time to build, and the space to keep the amount of bikes is getting full. But every now and then I feel the need for a build and things like this happen.
Regarding bikes, I have to finish (start from zero actually) my scratch frame build, and I'll be done until my girl gets old enough to learn how to ride a bike (she'll be doing that on a Kustom one 4sure ;))

But first I have to finish her pedal ford 32 :rockout:

Shot me a message if you want. I can tell you a trick or 3 for the frame build. I want to see that one finished!

Bike looks awesome and I'm totally flattered for the tribute to Hombre. Nice work on the chain guard and the green fenders provide a nice contrast to the frame. Thumbs up all around!

Mmm... let´s see.
Does it work? I think from the esthetic point of view, it works just perfect to me... ;)
Does it turn on and light up the way? Na, it doesn't for the time being.

I haven't had the time to make it functional, because I want it very, very bright. And I need to finish some projects before digging into this one...

Thanks for watching!

ok first are we dealing with a seal beam light or is there a twist in bulb? you then modify the reflector to install a micro LED bulb in either 3vdc or 9vdc with batteries in parallel as many as can fit inside the housing along with a small electronic driver to suck every bit of battery juice out of the batteries. well that what you do.
