I know this isn't typically the kind of thing you guys ID but I thought I'd see if anyone could figure it out. I'm fairly sure it's a bike-boom era ten-speed, based on the rest of the bikes I got from the storage unit. I already broke even on the group of bikes so I'm considering this a freebie. The serial number is X33478 on the underside of the BB.

The only component on the frame is the driver side bottom bracket cup which says "T.D.C Made in England". The BB shell measures to 70mm, an Italian size. It has an integrated track for a cable attached to the top driver side of the BB and a guide on the right rear dropout, and some odd hook-shaped items on the down tube. The rivet holes for the head badge are vertically spaced about 60mm apart. Frame size is 54cm.

Very interesting. If its English, it may be either a Royce Union, Phillips or Raleigh. Or maybe another off brand, but my Raleigh has similar pump holders like your has.

I doubt Raleigh as the drop out area is very distinct to them according to Sheldon Brown. Raleigh's always has the fender eyelet placed behind the axle instead of on top.
