2009 Tour De Fat Portland

This was our 3rd Tour De Fat in just as many states. 3 day drive for us to get there. Not too many ratrods, old or custom bikes. Mostly road, fixie , commuter bikes or whatever. The parade ride was great. I think it was six miles through downtown Portland. Rode in the company of a couple of the "Sprockettes" who performed there along with other acts and a couple of bands. Not as many people at the festival as I expected though for being in such a bike friendly town. Still an awesome time though.

Have fun! Not that you need to be told to. Can't help but have fun at one of these. Hoping we get to go to at least one more this year.

The only negative to this is that we're not fond of the 3 choices of beer they choose to serve but that didn't stop us from being philanthropic

Fat Tire, Skinny Dip and I can't recall the 3rd. I think they described the 3rd one as an IPA-like beer. In Ft Collins I remember they served Mothership which I think I probably liked best.
