I dont even know what kind of frame this is... any ideas on what to do with it?

whenever im trying to decide what to do w/ a frame, i first decide what im gonna do with the finished product, if it's not gonna end up in my collection then i have to decide whats gonna make it something a person would want to buy or trade for. that frame is nice, lotss possibilities for sure! if it were me, id make a mini cruiser out if it, so a kid could have a miniature version of what his ratdaddy is on.
