After many, many miles on the road this weekend I came home with a couple of new toys. The first, and best, is this early 50s Monark Holiday.
Gonna clean it up for my wife. The top tube is removable (custom-made by previous owner). Pedals and Seat aren't original, and the headlight is gone, but otherwise she's all there. The guy even had the correct chainring hanging around. Gonna look good next to my Firestone Super Cruiser.
The other is a Schwinn Tiger that's heading for a flip. Came with a era-correct baby seat on back. Nice complete bike just needing a good clean/polish.
