Don’t reduce. Just load them in all their glory
Shop inspectors are the best! Love the stem and bars too!If I try to take a picture of the dog he will have nothing to do with it but if I want it o get a pic of a bike he’s always “Heywhattayadoin’?”
Sometimes I just upload photos directly from my phone, and it'll work fine for the most part, but what I usually do (since I take tons of photos) is copy pictures from my phone and Nikon to an external hard drive, pick out the best ones, and crop, edit, and scale them down in Photoshop until each file is under 2.5mb. It's a process, but I've always been more comfortable sorting, editing and sharing photos on my computer than on my phone.Need to figure out a way to reduce image size with the phone. Used to always load to computer first and do that but works out easier now to just take from phone to rrb.
That’s what I have always done but I don’t have an easy way to transfer from my new phone to the old laptop.Sometimes I just upload photos directly from my phone, and it'll work fine for the most part, but what I usually do (since I take tons of photos) is copy pictures from my phone and Nikon to an external hard drive, pick out the best ones, and crop, edit, and scale them down in Photoshop until each file is under 2.5mb. How old is your laptop? Maybe there's an app or program you could install that could allow you to transfer your files again. That’s what I have always done but I don’t have an easy way to transfer from my new phone to the old laptop.
Do you have email on the old laptop? I email pictures from my phone to myself and then have them on the computer. That’s what I have always done but I don’t have an easy way to transfer from my new phone to the old laptop.
Yeah could do that. Could also download from here and resize but I think for now I’ll just leave some extra frame and crop. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to technology.Do you have email on the old laptop? I email pictures from my phone to myself and then have them on the computer.
I find it therapeutic. So far so good. Probably best to not get carried away…And my hands hurt just looking at that!
Decided to clean up the stem. Since I wanted to smooth the welds I just went ahead and filed/sanded all the black off. (Looked like it was powder coat anyway. )

Old cut off steer tube from fork worked nice with spacer to hold the stem. Was going to look for some old handlebars to hold the other end when I realized I could just take out the spacer.

Aluminum. I had it in the vice all week just did a bit at a time. Last leg was a bit of work as I wanted to finish it before I got in the shower,
That stem looks like chrome now! Is it steel or aluminum? Man, that looks like it was a lot of work.
