Need help with bike ID please!

I have someone who has this complete bike for sale. He sent me a pic and said he didn't know anything about it. He says it's complete (only that the back wheel isn't pictured). I asked him what make/model it was and he told me it's a S.R Bears? I have never heard of or seenanything on this bike? So I need some help on if I should pick this up or not? Looks like a nice frame and I noticed it had the shifter on it . He told me to make an offer, but I don't know how much to offer him? How much does a bike like this go for in this condition? Can anybody tell me a year on this spyder? Its actually a 10 speed, it has the 2 shifters on it. Does the price change because its a 10 speed and not a 5 speed?
