Trek 820 Value?

I picked up this Trek 820 that someone was throwing away at our city wide clean up day. I replaced the rear tube and grips and did a little touch up painting on the bars and stem. Everything else works great! It rides nice so I will be keeping it for now. Just wondering on a value should I decide to flip it. It is a 17.5" frame if that makes any difference.

If I had it here in this market I'd have it priced at $150.

had the same 820 for a year. Bough it for $50, sold for $125 or $150.

The frame is steel so it was a heavy bike.

Been doing a little research and I have it narrowed down to an '04-'06. I didn't find it too heavy since I haven't ridden much besides my old cruisers for a while.
