thanks guys. all in all a successful ride this afternoon. covered about 12 miles. Only had a couple of issues. My custom cable bracket kept pivoting and I couldn't get out of high gear. I like the 3 speed set up so I think I'll weld a cable stop to the chainstay. The speedo started screaming at me so I removed the cable.

Very cool and classy. I had to hunt for the shifter...nice placement that doesn't mess up the front of the bike.

Nice "Zeppie theme"-compo between saddle and chainguard (and also the lamp).
Did you emboss the saddle yourself? If you did, was it hard to do?
I´ve been wanting to try it but never got to it yet.
