I can't afford one of those cool bikes, so I had to find something cheap. I scoured the neighborhood and came up with a jr polo-bike, and a 24" Columbia frame that the girls down the street outgrew. They are girls bikes, but they were free.

The polo bike is all there, but it's too small, so I'll swap the parts over to the Columbia frame.

This is what I've managed to come up with this afternoon.

I just wanted to give a short update. The frame and fork are stripped down to bare metal. The crank, sprocket, bars, stem, and all bearings are cleaned, polished and ready to assemble.
bare metal huh ? :rockout:

I'm not dead I promise. I should have the frame finished up in a day or two and then I can think about paint and start getting this bike assembled. It'll be too cold to paint soon, so I need to get on it.
Looking forward to seeing it!

Luke.
