So i picked up this frame 2 years ago now at local flea market for 10 $ cant seem to find any info on it anyware want to get the parts to get it rolling again just just not sure if its worth putting money into......if anyone has any info it eould be awsome to hear

When you start on it, start by throwing the horribly bent fork away and inspecting the head tube lugs for cracks.

It's a Japanese made imported bike. Similar frames were imported under many different names (Royce Union had frames like that).

The serial number may lead to a year. It's probably somewhere in the '70s, possibly latest of '60s.

These 20 inch muscle bikes are picking up steam in the market. But the cost to build it up will be more then its value. As far as building it for yourself it is up to you what you do. The fork is very damaged and not sure it could even be fixed. If you want to make money that is not the start. Cool color but you may want to wait till a ladies parts bike shows up instead of looking for individual parts.. Love muscle bikes, good luck

That front drum looks to be similar to those used in small cc Japanese step throughs.
