The girls is an 60's Huffy, looks like a 24" bike. The boys bike looks like a Huffy frame with a Murray chainring and AMF Roadmaster fenders.
They look rideable and are in good shape. Here's an AMC Flash, I think the same as your bike, Huffy made:

The Huffy bikes serial numbers will ID the year they were built, and also verify the boy's is a Huffy. There will be a number followed by an "H", then more numbers. The first number is the last digit of the year. ex: 4H12345 would be a 1964 or 1974 bike. Both yours are 60's decade bikes.
Unfortunately they don't have much monetary value today as they should.

Those are 2 nice Huffys you got there! I'd say $50/$60 is reasonable for the girls bike, but I've seen bikes similar to the boys Huffy in worse condition ask $100-$150 here around OK/MO/KS/TX. I don't know how many have sold for that much, but I think the boy's Huffy is the more valuable of the pair.
