I presented my build at the middle of the process, so here is some pics. As you can see the bike started as 1inch and 3/4" tubing. I almost thought about leaving the rusty look...

Speaking of painted, fenders and saddle cover are gloss black. The frame forks and everything else is satin black. The gloss fenders generally look good together, else I can always do gloss black flames on satin black.

There's still work to be done on the rear fender, a led light will be molded into the fender from the back side.

Well I think this thread has come to an end, although I'll throw in some updates on the progress as I go.
The friction drive system is a project on its own, so I'll start a new thread for it.
For now at this point, the fenders are mounted, yeah! There was still one last problem to solve. Wiith the 16 bearings riding in the inside of the rim, there's no room for a air valve, so I did something cheap and fast, I filled my tires with the spray foam large crack sealer, just till I can find the right solid tire.
Anyway I'll post some up to date pics later. ;)

Thought I would show pics of the parts involved with my hubless wheel.

Measurements for my wheel, the width can vary according to the tire size.

Ok I have been for ever trying to find the perfect paint that simulates chrome, well I finally found a paint that didn't brake the bank and is easy to use.
The reason I'm bringing this up is I'm considering giving the Springer fork a chrome look.
Spaz Stix mirror chrome paint has my vote, the pictures below demonstrates my experiment.
The piggy was painted with the deepest and darkest base coat clear coat that my paint bobber can make, the skull was painted with rustolium gloss black.
The piggy got three coats of the mirror chrome, pretty much heavy coats, the skull got one light coat and a wet dusting, neither has a clear coat over the chrome.
The skull is the winner, directions; spray three even coats etching primer, let dry couple hours, spray paint three even coats of gloss black, let dry one hour, spray paint one light even coat of mirror chrome, immediately cris cross at a further distance to fill in any empty spots, and that's it, the skull looks like chrome.
Clear coating, I'm gonna use a automotive clear with activator for durability...

Update of the Keystone bike, a new addition.
Ways to store the battery pack and cover the friction drive, this is my solution.

A custom sissy bar with a battery mount and two racks to carry the saddle bags that will cover the drive system.
