I have a set of 27.5 x 2.0 Thick Slicks. Can I run them on a 700/29 rim? What tubes should I use? Maximum PSI?

The ISO Diameter of a 650b/27.5 rim is 584mm
The ISO Diameter of a 700c/29 rim is 622mm
