What is funny about this eyeball talk is early on, I was planning on some Kustom Kulture stuff for this build. Including some Von Dutch like flying eyeballs and such. As the build has been progressing, I'm not so sure that I am going down that road anymore. We'll see.

I'm always trying different stuff in mockups, but I don't always post all of it. Here are a few different mockup tests that I've done on this one. Any of it may be rolling around in the back of my head, but none of it is truly sticking yet. Just experiments at this point. Dropping these here for reference and idea generation for this or future builds.

It really all looks very nice, except for that straight downtube & bottom tube. That angle where they come together at the bottom bracket is just tying those flying top curves down to the earth like strings on a balloon.

That’s just my opinion, man, but at least I tried to be a little bit poetic.
;)

You'll have to take that up with the design engineers at Colson back in the thirties or with Uncle Stretch's artistic stretch of that design. :D :D

I truly like the double guards that form a scallop design over the rear wheel.

There are three different combinations shown that do that. Which one are you referring to?
