i saw this had been on Offer Up here locally in the Dallas Texas area for some time . Picked it up for 50$ didn’t think it was too bad but will definetly need new seat . I put new 2.10s on it but will be putting hookworm 2.50s on it soon

A lot of room to spare on the rear facing drop-outs; maybe a half-link added to the chain will make more room for the wider tires (?). I have seen a super skinny seat post clamp like that one only once before on a 1997 Dyno.
Looks like a brand new 20 year old bike; nice!

Wow ! Thanks for the info I didn’t know where to go to find serial number data

Serial number is F97100434 if anyone can help !!
Score! That's a 97 from all I've read on them. "D" headbadge? Like mine was, one of the first years 95-97 are regarded as best. I had a few others from 99 and 2000 that seemed just as good. Here's mine with 26 x 3.0 duros:

I just picked up a set of black wheels today . I was afraid 3” tires would be to fat for 1 3/4 width wheel . I like the look ✌️

Those 1997 bikes might have two sets of numbers on the bottom bracket.
Wildcat once noted that on the bottom of the BB might be another supplemental number representing a month and day code; (often on a first Monday in October or November).

I do remember seeing another number but it wasn’t as long as this one .
