I usually just start beating the frame with a big rock until the paint is all gone. Then I get a paint roller and a can of latex paint (any color you like) and apply. then brush on some polyurethane to protect the beautiful finish. sometimes I glue on some glitter and macaroni.

here are some pics of the paint and some parts installed. Once again I have a springer and handlebars on order I wont be using that fork. more to come. I am going out of town for a couple of days for my brothers wedding but can't wait to get back to finish up. 8)
