I love this frame and it's had several iterations over the past coupla years. I even motorized it once. This time around I thought I'd keep it simple. To that end, I fitted it with aero 700c wheels, a three-piece crank, straight handlebar, road bike seat and a fixie fork. I'm quite pleased with the result and it rides nicely.

My next COVID-19 project is remaking my Kristmas Krate, a 26er muscle bike, into a strandie/klunker, so I'll call this picture "BEFORE."

I think I have all the parts for this conversion, which I start tonight.

Isn't it something how some favorite bikes just beg to be tinkered with. Funny you should mention virus quarantine projects - probably everyone has one now. I just sort transitioned from Winter bike fix mode into quarantine projects now.
