Shelby? Moto Bike with wrong fenders? I like the red pedals.

Shelby seems right. I wouldn't say it's a motobike... the 26 inch fenders wouldn't line up with a 28inch frame at all, I would guess. I think spacers are needed for that. The original crank looks Schwinn...
 
It was Phil to the rescue on the Cabe-it's a Colson! Probably a Shelby sprocket, but that style Shelby frame, the rear tubes join together in front of the seat tube. ~Adam
 
The kickstand was made in Chicago by the B.C. Jiffy Co. It should be marked on the back of the leg with the name and "drop forged". Patent date is 1934. I have two of them and they are heavy duty. Make sure that double-nutted spring is tight or your bike might fall. "Jiffy stands" were also used on early Harley's. Gary
