Headset question (Phat Chopper)

Hello,

I have a first gen. Rat Fink and I want a cooler fork with springer(s) on it.
I love the forks from choopersus, but it's too expensive and too much hassle to ship it to Europe.
But now I found a Phat Chopper (Coach linkage) for sale in the neighborhood.
Does anybody know if this will fit? I believe the Rat Fink headset size is 1"

First gen RF is 1".

The following link is for a thread showing a picture of what they are calling "3G" linkage forks on a 1st gen Rat Fink, and they pretty much look the same as the Phat linkage forks.

I also found the following quote from a review, while googling:

"The Phat Linkage fork is made from chromed 4130 chromoly tubes and CNC'd aluminum plates. It has an integrated stem and a one-inch steerer tube that can be cut up to three inches to accommodate different head-tube sizes."

Phat have 1" headtube
