The Hill BMX 2nd Annual Oldschool Shootout
The Hill BMX track is hosting a oldschool track day. So come out for the RAD RIDE bike show. Also make sure to clean out your basement, garage and stash spots. To bring your unused bikes, and bike components to our SWAPPING GROUNDS. Race did someone say RACE. Amongst our normal race schedule. We will be hosting the 2nd Annual OLDSCHOOL SHOOTOUT. So keep September 15 open, and get ready for a fun filled family day. At THE HILL BMX TRACK in Elgin, IL
RAD RIDE: bike show
There will be 5 classes in the Rad Ride bike show. Best 70's
80's, New School(90s an up), Cruiser and overall. Entry is free and trophies will be awarded
after that days races.
Swapping Grounds: swap meet
There will be a designated area for those of you that would
like to set up a swapping station. Stations are provided to
everyone free of charge. Spaces are limited so first come
first serve, or please contact us to about RSVP a station no
chairs, tables, or stands are available. We ask that you bring
your own. Thank You!
***This year we are offering 12 Premium Swap Stations***
they are up front, and next to the bike show coral. With
easy access to all the track amenities. it is $5 to reserve
one of these premium spots(proceeds go to the Special Needs
Special Children bike program)
Oldschool Shootout: races
Everyone participating in the Oldschool shootout will need to
sign-up for a free one day racing license(track fee still applies to single point races).
The shootouts will be age, and bike classed. Bikes must meet our requirements.
Which are:
1: 1inch headsets
2: platform style pedals(no-clips)
3: no V brakes all rules will be enforced
***(no exceptions)***
