I know what you mean about disc brakes, hard to complain about their effectiveness when dialled in though! I did my first set up on U brakes in this build-off, fiddly but make sense when you figure them out.

Yeah, I know; I suck. I missed the deadline for the "finished" thread, even though the bike is finished LOL. A lot of personal and "professional" stuff happened this weekend; wouldn't have been a problem if I hadn't procrastinated....

It's cool, though. I had fun building the bike, and I have another cool bike as a result, so it's all good in the end.
