I needed a 36t sprocket for one of my cruisers and didnt have one. I did have one on a kids bike but no drive pin hole and was hex shaped in the center.

It fit fairly well on the cruiser crank with not much center play at all. Using an old sprocket for a template I drilled a hole for the drive pin. It works just fine. It may have a very tiny bit of out of roundness but not enough to matter.
