That style of frame is generally referred to as a 'fastback' or 'zepplin'. It was the transitional style between the motobikes and the double...
That chainring is probably original to that frame. The 'H's are for H.P. Snyder, who produced the Rollfast brand.
That one is your huckleberry...I wouldn't be robbing parts off that for the other Snyder.
From frame style, somewhere around '36-'38.
