Does anyone know about how to buy a headset for a kent bicycle? It has a 1 1/8" steerer tube. I bought an 1 1/8" headset online, but the frame cups, which are not replaceable are bigger diameter than the OD of the 1 1/8" races.Does this mean the Kent headset is special somehow?

I want to buy some alloy chain wheels in 40T 41T 42T 43T sizes to fit on a one piece crank. Can anyone recommend a good store that has a good selection?
