Thought I'd show you all what I have been up too....finally getting it 'finished' this week. This was my Dad's old bike 'rebuilt' by a farmer in SEMO sometime in the 80s. Lots of Sand Plasted parts. All Primered up. Getting some paint on...yep Red,Black and Chrome my favorite...

Just wondering if these are only good for wall hangings.... Or would people actually ride on these or put them on their bikes for the 'patina' look :)

Just started redoing a 1958 Deluxe Hornet Schwinn. Probably will take some 'liberties' in the 'restoration' of it. Looks like some nice bikes on here and thought I'd join up.
