Here's a 1983 Earth Cruiser Sand Jam that I bought a few months ago that was in good but unloved condition. I've been looking for one of the models with the color matched wheels and Sand Jam components for a long, long time. I performed a lot of much needed maintenance on the bike including cleaning and re-greasing the headset, front hub, and the original rear Shimano D-Type coaster hub. Unfortunately, the Sand Jam tires were too rotten to save and the Sand Jam pedals vaporized into dust on the first test ride.
I've added a set of S&M SAC bars, Odyssey Excalibur 180mm cranks, Odyssey BB, Odyssey Twisted pedals, Dia-Compe gold seatpost clamp, and GT LP-5 tires. Next up is adding a gold snowflake style chainwheel and I'd like to add some blue anodized pedals in the future.
