Chain was rusted solid.
Flipped frame upside down to work on the chain and tires, surprising amount of water has dripped out of the frame seat tube over the last week...
Found a seat, post and used 700c tires in the stash.

Chain actually freed up and shifts!

Gonna get operational brakes and test ride it. Love the looks of the sloping top tube.

I believe this was only produced for 1999 and 2000. Will start a build thread. Bike has a lot of quality features and black paint should clean up well. :thumbsup:

Gear range is crazy, 19 to 99 gear inches. 24 speeds!
