Those apes and raised seatpost make a huge difference with the bike. Maybe a yellow seatpost.

I am guessing the Walmart guys have spent some time on RRB, the first thing everyone did with the Beast is fit disc brakes and gears, now they release the Dolomite with disc brakes and gears!
