Cut down the head tube with a hacksaw & put on the stem, bars, grips & brake.
That color combination is so cool

You’re doing this right. Looks great. I might have missed it but where’d you get the wheel set? How about the fork? I know where I would get them but I’m always looking for other places to get parts.

There's a guy on eBay who sells laid back seat post for these old frames. Mine came in & fits great!!
