5hp bike built from scratch

here is my bike that i have built ....it has pieces from about 10 bikes and 3 cars so its built from what i had at the time.....it has a custom frame i built, the motor is out of and old tiller with a Morris minor air cleaner, and the wheels are drum front and back....its got a homemade springer front end, the tank is made in England although i don't know what it came off of originally, the headlight is an old spotlight i drilled and put a light in and last but not least the taillight is off of a 1929 dodge...........

Sorry for the late promised build photos...been a little busy :shock:

so for the beginning i wanted to start with a solid rear wheel so here is the base for the project

I then started to build off of that

I added the top tube

I then added the lower tubes and forks

and sat on it to make sure it felt right

Next i added the power plant which is a rebuilt 5 hp Flathead Briggs and stratton and topped the carb with a Morris minor air cleaner i painted tiki's on.

I then made a custom straight pipe for it

Add a 29 dodge taillight

Sat on it before i tore it apart for primer

primered it and then added a rear drum brake wheel with kenda-flame tire

and thats were it was from my first original post....hope you like it

just got it running today
its up and running...rode it almost 12 houses down and a gear broke XD but YESSSSSS!!!!!!!! it actually works..... i fixed the gear but its to late tonight to ride it because there's no lights and muffler so i will ride it tomorrow. ;D

I could not afford a regular clutch so i decided to make my own...needs a little revision but it works

i decided to get a different clutch setup.... i have a maxtorque i think would work nice on it
