A low end 10 speed from England, but it must be halfway decent, it's about 50 years old and rides great! I changed a couple of cables and tires, went through and all the bearings are good and have new grease now. Sturmey Archer wheels. Original scratched up paint. Huret gears, big paddle shifters. Changed the dropbars for uprights and need a good Brooks saddle to finish it. I picked this up for 9 dollars at a thrift store in the 90's.
