A little help with this one

A friend picked this one up the other day, and I'm really not sure what it is. I was thinking Huffy, but the bracket on the seat stays is throwing me off.

That's a Huffy, the serial number is a Huffy number and indicates the bike is a 70, 80, or 90 model, the 0 before the H is the last digit of the year it was made, which decade is hard to say. I'm not familiar with that bracket either, but the dropouts and everything else on the frame and forks look like Huffy.
