Haven't seen this one discussed yet, maybe I missed it. Triax "Fracture" fat tire bike, basically another Beast, but single speed with disc brakes and pre-drilled rims for $249:

I've assembled two of them so far. They ride ok, but the disc brakes with the cheaper brake levers struggle to slow it down some. Still better than a coaster brake. It's fun watching people see them for the first time.
