Looks to be a buyer beware situation. Mediocre reviews on many sites, F rating BBB. The business seems legit (6+ years), but appears to be ran out of the guys house. If you pull the trigger on this one, I'd be prepared to deny payment on the CC at the first sign of trouble.

Looked too good to be true, which was why I asked. Reviews on site seemed wonky, as well. Thanks for confirming my suspicions!
