Try searching for billet bicycle wheel, maybe throw "lowrider" in there somewhere.

Those are old Wild Wheel Works wheels, they went out of business after taking down payments and not delivering on the wheels. There was a big stink over this company on the old CB.Net forum I remember.

I know there's a guy on eBay that does similar wheels out of billet but they are expensive.

Yeah I found some but if I want to get some I am going to have to work some overtime lol.
