I had a a call this morning from a woman who had seen my 'wanted bikes' sign out by the road in front of our house. She said that she had two Schwinn Varsity 10 speeds that she wanted gone and that they were a his and hers pair. She also described them as being red with funny looking bars, so I figured it would be a pair of road bikes. She said that she could even deliver them since she was going to be in town.
These are the bikes that she was talking about, they belonged to her Aunt and Uncle who bought them with the thoughts of romantic rides, but rarely used them. The speedo on one shows 22 miles and the other shows 16. Both are amazingly clean needing only soap and water to bring them back to life. More like a his and his to me.
