You can use areo bars, a lot of double crown forks use 31.8 legs so get a cheap used areo bar whack the ends off done

I made clip-ons out of stems for The Bishop back in my first BBO. Stole the idea from Bean.

I've been working at cleaning up my frame.

First I gave it a bath!

I came across this chainguard, it's off a B.F. Goodrich. It must be from a different year because the green is a little different. If I go with a chainguard, I'm going to use it anyways!

I used rubbing compound on it and even wet sanded it in some areas with 1000 grit sandpaper.

After that I shot it with this Rust Fix stuff. All the rust is supposed to turn to black primer. It kinda worked! This left it with a shiny surface, when it stops raining, I'm going to spray it with clear satin.

That's cleaning up VERY well!

I was doing some test fitting on my fork this evening.
The motorcycle clip-ons fit really good.

I have an idea on how I can use these bars!

I found some headlight mounts that fit the forks better.

The fork tubes are 1 1/2" dia.

I also found a headlight speedo combo that I think is the prefect size.

I hope to find a good working vintage light generator w/ front and rear lights that I can wire to this headlight.

Wow! This is a cool build! Like it, like it, like it!

This is going to have a wicked stance
