What did you use for rims and hubs? What are you doing about brakes? I am very interested in rear cog mount, you simplified engine drive, pedal drive very nicely.
 


Here's the finished bike. The headlight ended up being a to large but it was a shot.
All in all it was a great build but I had some major vibrations at high speed. I'm guessing the home-made sprocket adapter. I recently cut everything apart and started over.


I added an upgraded clutch cover to match the head.
 
Does that little smoker make it go with those heavy wheels/tires?

Put a 3hp 4 stroker on that thing! It's tough enough!

Looks great! I like it. You say it pedals like crap, you may want to lower the gear ratio, my mongoose beast only ran a 36 tooth sprocket stock and now runs a 32 and rides great, front looks like yours is around a 44 (Can't tell).
