Troy, I hope you've got an old Brooks or some such roadie saddle to top this thing off.

I do have a couple of old Brooks saddles in reserve looking for a project...
Going to see how the original saddle on the bike comes out before I make the switch.

Is that the original you are referring to? It looks a little 'cruiser shaped' for this speedy steed. :giggle:

I also need to make some sort of a layback seatpost to move the seat further back. After cruising around yesterday afternoon on my most recent pick (1951 Columbia Newsboy Special), I’ve realized I’m not a fan of “pedalling my feet behind my ....”...
